We kinda ran out of time on before or on Easter to color the eggs, but Mom and I were really looking forward to that tradition, so we were just a bit belated on the egg dying bit. We had a lot of fun with it, though. Of course the traditional "Monday after Easter" Dinner is egg salad sammiches, so it wasn't but a couple hours after the eggs were decorated that they were demolished for said meal...
And just a few minutes after that, they were squished up with some yummy seasonings, a little mustard and a little mayo and Voila! A yummy, and pretty dinner!
Of course there were a few eggs set to the side for lunches, including the one made with love for my hunny in honor of his favorite Baseball team, the Dodgers! The crayon didn't work as well as I was hoping, but it was still decipherable...sorta! =-) Love you, Hunny! GOOOOOO Dodgers!!!!!

The coloring of the eggs was very nice but I abhor any egg eating. :) I just can't bring myself to like eggs....I don't know why! :(
